"The" Walnut Grove in Moorpark....

This wedding was so peaceful in a walnut grove. So Beautiful, everything was in the shade. Less is more, you didn't have to get married under a arch or have anything really at the altar but the beautiful walnut trees. However, we did put Shepherd Hooks back behind the Bride and Groom with her wedding colors, ribbons, blowing the the breeze. Command Performance was the Cater, and always does a amazing job. You can see where this walnut grove is right by the Regan Library. By the way, this wedding partied all night long with a after party too........

This wedding was soooo beautiful! Bear Mountain is soo beautiful. Not really that far from LA. Kelly is now going to live here, I took a picture of the top of a mountain, that is where she is going to commute to work in the AV Valley From. OMG!!! This wedding was a crack up, they had another unexpected Groomsmen........this duck in the pictures, was apart of the wedding!!!!!! He would not leave the Groomsmens.....he followed them everywhere.....went to the Limo to get the girls along with the Groomsmen and walked down the asile with them.....is that not too funny!!! Then after the ceremony, the "freaking" duck wanted to be in the professional pictures.......! Great couple!

We have a few weddings to blog, and a mound of paper work to catch up on. Might get detained on the postings, but stay tuned. Coming up, skipped Candice by accident. It was a beautiful Hyatt, Valencia Wedding. Last weekend was Ashley, Robinsons Ranch and RED ROSES with Laurie, and then Dave (my husband) and I off to Bear Valley for Pinks. What a great drive to Bear Valley. It's by Techapi, Ca....Beautiful location. Dave from Genesis was the photographer, we love him and his wife Dana. They are great Photographers, so talented and sooo nice. Just a tid bit to mention: So it was my day off on Monday, and we are watching the movie "Father of the Bride" but the one made in 1950 with Spencer Tracy and Elizabeth Taylor. You must get it and watch it, boy have times changed. The "Dad", Spencer Tracy was freaking out that the price per person for catering was 3.75 a person and that the band was 85.00....OMG, is that not too funny! So Mom and Dad went to the wedding planner and told them that they wanted a "finger sandwich" and ice cream event......is that not too funny! See you all soon....xoxoxox

What a great location and GREAT colors! Those colors just pop against the dress colors. This is a great location, you need to check it out. The venue has a fireplace outside, couches, dark wood, you can lounge at the reception, or hang by the fireplace or sit at tables....whichever you perfer! I highly recommend it. Kelly, you have turned out to be a beautiful young lady and Bride. I have known Kelly since she was a "wee" one. Old dear friends from the Arabian Horse World, fun memories from showing horses.

Whew......this was a scary week, the first batch of Lavender roses we ordered were held up in customs....OMG! They tried to substitute with another kind of Lavender rose and they were not up to our standard so they went back. We did not panic, but due diligence and like pony express it will always get there!!!! And yes the ending to the story is that Megan got her lavender roses, and the wedding went off without a hitch!!!! It was beautiful, garden wedding in Newhall California!

I highly reccommend her for your as wedding officiant. She is so kind and I just love her ceremony's she is so soft spoken and has the loveliest things to say, and I could never say enought about Jack, he is your man!!!

This boat was amazing, you could just feel like you were back in the roaring 20's "yachting around the harbor daaarrrllllingg!!!

We are fast on the blogs....this wedding was just yesterday...we love to show off our weddings asap! This was a classic wedding where less is more. You don't have to do too much jazzing up when you are just using wonderful calla Lillie's.....Brides, Mailbou Lake is a GREAT venue, BEAUTIFUL....and reasonable. You must check this out for a wonderful garden wedding, and the staff is so nice and help full. I give this a 10+++++++++++++
